ABC To-Do is a free task management application that helps users organize and prioritize their tasks using the ABC Method. The Service stores task data locally in your browser's local storage and does not currently offer cloud-based storage or synchronization.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device and browser
  • All activity that occurs through your use of the Service
  • Backing up your task data if desired (tasks are stored locally only)
  • Understanding that clearing browser data will delete your tasks
  • Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of task data due to:

  • Browser cache clearing
  • Device failure or loss
  • Software bugs or errors
  • Service interruptions or downtime

8. Data Loss Disclaimer

Important: Because ABC To-Do stores data in browser local storage, your tasks can be permanently lost if you:

  • Clear your browser cache or browsing data
  • Uninstall or reset your browser
  • Switch to a different device or browser
  • Experience device failure

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any data loss. We strongly recommend keeping separate records of critical tasks.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Perform maintenance that may result in temporary unavailability
  • Change features or functionality without notice
